Outdoor Living at its Finest
Serving the entire state of Arizona, Unique Landscapes & Custom Pools builds 80 to 100 distinct pools and spas each year. But they go far beyond, creating entire backyard environments that meet detail-oriented client expectations and high professional standards.
In addition to being highly versed in all facets of Arizona landscaping, their areas of expertise include new pool construction, custom spas, outdoor kitchens, ramadas, pergolas, fireplaces, and stone travertine patios. Today, it is not uncommon to find backyards that include custom pools, outdoor kitchens, luxury outdoor furniture, putting greens, tennis courts, and even water parks, complete with kid-approved waterslides and lazy rivers. One family, in particular, worked with SWD Registered with Society of Watershape DesignersCM Chris Griffin in realizing their long-held dream. They wanted an elaborate, resort style backyard and with over an acre of property to work with, there was plenty of space to make this project work. Designing the amazing 120 foot lazy river pool was the best way to take advantage of their large backyard. The engineering and hydraulics in designing this pool were challenging and complicated but with Chris’s experience and help from Unique Landscape’s vendors they were able to ensure the pool had the proper equipment and horse power to move the water around in a slow moving current with ease.
Using high-strength shotcrete with fiber mesh, Aquron’s CPSP concrete shell protector, and their own sealant, Unique Landscape’s pools are 100 percent waterproof, guaranteed. Additionally, they are among the few select builders in Arizona that are authorized to install Paramount Pool & Spa System’s PCC2000 cleaning and circulation system—making their pools exceptionally clear. Furthermore, they offer five different pool finishes by partner firm Wet Edge and they use Pentair products under a three-year warranty. Additonally, Unique Landscape’s entire construction department is trained to be vigilant when it comes to drainage challenges.
Using an online project management system, clients have full access to the details of their project, as well an automated follow-up program that keeps them fully informed years after the last payment is made.
